By accessing and using Dad Bod Bootcamp’s website (https://dadbodbootcamp.com) and mobile applications (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You must provide accurate registration information
You must consult with your healthcare provider before starting any fitness program

3. HEALTH AND LIFESTYLE DISCLAIMER

Our Platform provides health and wellness information for general educational purposes only
We are not a medical provider or healthcare facility
Consult your physician before starting any exercise program
You acknowledge the inherent risks of physical exercise
You represent that you:
- Are in good health and physically able to exercise
- Will stop exercising if you experience pain or discomfort

5. MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTION

5.1 Subscription Terms

Two payment options available:
- Monthly subscription with automatic monthly renewal
- Annual subscription with automatic yearly renewal
For annual discounted subscriptions:
- Full payment is required upfront for the entire year
- No partial refunds if you cancel mid-year
- You will maintain access until the end of your paid annual term
- Example: If you purchase an annual membership in January and cancel in March, you:
  - Will not receive a refund for the remaining months
  - Can continue accessing services until the end of your annual term
  - Will not be charged for the next year
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Prices subject to change with notice
We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with notice

5.2 Cancellation

Cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support
Monthly subscriptions: Access ends at the current billing period
Annual subscriptions:
- No prorated refunds for early cancellation
- Access continues until the end of your paid annual term
- Cancellation prevents automatic renewal for the next year
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before renewal date

5.3 Payment Terms

Annual memberships are paid in full at time of purchase
Refunds are only issued for:
- Technical issues preventing service access
- Platform discontinuation
- Other circumstances as required by law
We do not prorate or partially refund unused time

5. PLATFORM RULES AND CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

Share your account credentials
Upload harmful or inappropriate content
Harass other members or trainers
Copy or distribute Platform content
Use the Platform for commercial purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform
Interfere with Platform operation
Violate any applicable laws

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content is our property
You may use content only for personal use
You grant us rights to content you submit
We may feature your transformation photos/stories with permission
